The Seller will promptly send an acknowledgement of receipt, along with <strong>instructions<\/strong> for returning the product. <\/p>\n<p>The Customer then has fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of their decision to return the products in question, at their own expense, in <strong>their original condition<\/strong>, <strong>unused and complete<\/strong> (packaging, accessories). <strong>Only products returned in perfect condition for resale will be accepted<\/strong>. Damaged, incomplete, or soiled products will <strong>not be accepted or refunded<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If the right of withdrawal is exercised under the aforementioned conditions, the Seller will reimburse the Customer for all sums paid for the returned products, including the initial delivery costs (excluding return shipping costs), within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision to withdraw. This reimbursement may be deferred until the products have been effectively received or until the Customer provides proof of their return shipment, whichever occurs first. <\/p>\n<p>Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>1.2.
