In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the physical product to exercise his right of withdrawal with the Seller, without having to justify his decision or bear any penalties.
The Customer must notify their decision to withdraw by email to contact@creationsdelodie.com, specifying “Return” as the reason and clearly stating their intention to withdraw. The Seller will promptly send an acknowledgement of receipt, along with instructions for returning the product.
The Customer then has fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of their decision to return the products in question, at their own expense, in their original condition, unused and complete (packaging, accessories). Only products returned in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Damaged, incomplete, or soiled products will not be accepted or refunded.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised under the aforementioned conditions, the Seller will reimburse the Customer for all sums paid for the returned products, including the initial delivery costs (excluding return shipping costs), within fourteen (14) days of notification of the decision to withdraw. This reimbursement may be deferred until the products have been effectively received or until the Customer provides proof of their return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
According to Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Therefore, no requests for cancellation, exchange, or refund will be accepted for any of the personalized products offered in the store, including but not limited to:
As these products are individually manufactured according to the information provided by the customer, they cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect in the product.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the information provided when placing the order (spelling, dates, formats, choice of colors, etc.).
