The different stages of your order

As soon as an order is placed, you will receive an email with a summary of the information and An invoice  is available for download. Your order will be prepared the same day or the next day if placed later. Printing is done on demand to minimize stock for environmental reasons (avoiding unnecessary printing and waste).

As soon as the order is finished, you will receive an email stating ” order completed “, I will then send you the tracking information by email that same evening or the following morning.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.

Deliveries are made via Colissimo. Estimated delivery times are  3 to 4 working days   for mainland France.

Packaging
Packages are shipped in boxes whose dimensions may vary depending on the items ordered.

Your order is prepared with care and packaged in such a way as to guarantee its proper protection during transport.

Shipping

Most of the products offered in the shop are made to order. Production times vary depending on the type of product, the desired customization, and the workload at the time of the order.

Preparation time can vary  between 3 business days and 4 weeks  depending on the items.
An estimated delivery time is provided to the customer upon ordering.

In addition to the manufacturing time, there are delivery times, which depend on the shipping method chosen:

  • Colissimo: 3 to 4 business days (estimated delivery times for mainland France)
  • Point relais : environ 6 jours ouvrés

These delivery times are given as an indication only and may vary in the event of high demand (particularly holiday periods) or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (carrier delays, shortages of raw materials).

In the case of an order containing several items with different manufacturing times, the longest time applies to the entire order.

If you have a specific date (event, wedding, birthday…), it is recommended that you contact us before placing your order to check feasibility within the desired timeframe.

Shipping rates and times

Shipping is handled by  Colissimo  with a tracking number sent by email as soon as the order is shipped.
Delivery times and prices vary depending on the destination and weight of the order.

  • Colissimo rates are based on   the total weight of the order, so they are automatically calculated at the time of payment.
  • The boxes used may vary depending on the nature of the order (personalized products, signs, etc.), so shipping costs are adjusted accordingly.
  • The indicated delivery times are provided as an indication by the carriers and may vary depending on the period (holidays, vacations, logistical unforeseen events).

Exchange and return

Please send an email to contact@creationsdelodie.com reason ” Return ” for instructions. After receiving the funds, the refund will be issued directly to the account debited during the order. The order tracking number must be sent by email upon shipment.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (Colissimo) and must be sent in the original packaging or another suitable container if you no longer have it.

The Customer then has a  period of fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of their decision to return the products concerned, at their own expense, in their original condition, unused and complete (packaging, accessories). Only products returned in perfect condition for resale will be accepted. Damaged, incomplete or soiled products will not be accepted or refunded.

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore,  no requests for cancellation, exchange, or refund will be accepted  for any of the personalized products offered in the shop, including but not limited to:

  • Products made to order according to the customer’s choices
  • Personalized welcome signs
  • Personalized place cards
  • Custom table numbers
  • Customized menus
  • Custom stickers
  • Products featuring a first name, last name, date, message, specific color, or any other element that makes the product unique
  • Any item engraved, printed, cut or specifically designed upon request

As these products are individually manufactured according to the information provided by the customer, they  cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of an error on our part or a proven defect in the product.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check the information provided when placing the order (spelling, dates, formats, choice of colors, etc.).
