Yes! If you can’t find exactly what you’re looking for, I can create a completely custom design, tailored to your desires, your theme or your colors.

Upon request, I can send you a visual or a digital mockup so that we can validate the personalization together before production.

Contact me promptly. If the item hasn’t been manufactured yet, I can correct the error free of charge. Once production has begun, fees may apply.

What are the manufacturing and shipping times?

Manufacturing times generally vary between 3 and 28 business days, depending on the complexity and volume of current orders. Delivery within mainland France takes an average of 2 to 4 business days.

Yes, I ship my creations to many countries. Delivery times and costs vary depending on the destination.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package in real time.

Take photos as soon as you receive it and contact me quickly. I will find the best solution for you: replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay by Apple Pay, credit card, or Google Pay.

Yes, all transactions go through secure payment platforms (Stripe) which encrypt your bank details.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Personalized creations cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of an error on my part or a manufacturing defect.
